E-mail Alerts Tip You Off to Competitors Shipping Activities

We've just completed rolling out one of our most-requested features: an e-mail notification system to automatically inform our users about new ocean freight imports matching their most important searches.

Any time you perform a search in the system, you'll have the option to "subscribe to this search." Simply click that button and an e-mail alert will be created, so anytime an ocean freight import matches your shipment, you'll be notified. You can manage all your notifications in the new tab at the top of the application called "E-mail Alerts."

You can subscribe to any kind of search. If you subscribe to a search for your competitor's name, we'll send you an e-mail anytime they have new imported shipments entering the U.S. Or you might want to subscribe to a product keyword, so we can alert you to any new imports of that product coming into the U.S.

We've created this new video to demonstrate e-mail alerts in action. As always, please let us know if you have any feedback about this new feature or ideas for other ways to enhance our service.
